Maayan Dana Nir

Maayan has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2015 and a certified Mediator with a Dual Degree in Law (LL. B) and Economics (B.A.).

As a tech, e-commerce, Ad-tech, and Gaming lawyer, she has been involved in these industries for the last eight years. She provides ongoing legal advice to companies and individuals in various corporate and commercial matters around the globe.

Maayan has extensive experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating in English and Hebrew, corporate and commercial agreements, partnership agreements, founders, White Label, referral, Insertion orders (“IO”), software licensing, service agreements, employment agreements, and websites terms and conditions including Privacy Policy (GDPR and CCPA).

She has been a speaker at legal conferences for the Gaming Industry in Israel and abroad and has been involved in business development efforts.
