Ohad Tzori

Advocate Ohad Tzori has extensive experience in commercial and business law, complex litigation with regulatory authorities in the US and Europe, legal counsel for HiTech corporates in every stages in various technology fields, unique knowledge of global regulatory and compliance with the capital market, International banking and payment institutions, Gambling, Gaming, Digital (Crypto) Currency and Blockchain.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in a large global FinTech corporate and held the position of board member and General Counsel. Ohad was the driving force in generating revenue and increasing profitable activity in various dimensions such as intelligent management of processes and people. At the beginning of his career, Ohad served as legal advisor to the Israel Tax Authority, where he worked tax assessments for large businesses and white collar litigation.
